Jesper Lundsgaard is the founder of SHIELD and owner of Shield Risk Consulting (SHIELD Europe) / co-owner of Shield CrossLock LLC (SHIELD USA).

He was 12 years in the Army whereof 4 years on UN missions, e.g. in the Gulf War/Northern Iraq in 1991 and Former Yugoslavia.

He was later employed with the UN as a Field Service Officer in the Department of Peace-Keeping Operations (DPKO/FOD) as Bodyguard for the Secretary-General and other high-ranking UN VIP's travelling/stationed in high risk areas all over the Middle East, Somalia, Rwanda and Bosnia.

He then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers (Global Risk Management) where he was outsourced as the Chief of Security for Copenhagen Stock Exchange.

Pete Phelan is the Chairman of the Board and co-owner of Shield CrossLock LLC (SHIELD USA) and the owner of CrossLock Tecnologies LLC.

He had a long carrer with the U.S Army as a Colonel and is a veteran from Vietnam and the Gulf War.

He then joined the UN, for several years, as a Director in the Department of Peace-Keeping Operations (DPKO/FOD).

He was later employed in DynCorp International as the Senior Vice-President.

All in SHIELD's Executive Management Group has extensive military backgrounds and additional experience in risk management and other security related matters from large global corporations, organizations etc.

They have all participated in various conflicts and missions, worldwide.

In addition, SHIELD’s Associate Partner Program consist of 21 Partners who represents; The Pacific, South and Latin America, Asia, Africa and the Middle East.
