Crisis Team
A crisis team is a necessity in any well thought-out crisis management plan, since such a unit may save lives and valuable resources. This course addresses companies prepared to set up a crisis team as part of its planning efforts.
During the course, we will demonstrate how a crisis team is assembled, its functions, and the areas of responsibility that should be assigned to individual key members of the team.
The course can be supplemented by practical training of the central members in a crisis team.
