Pressure Group Analysis

A pressure group analysis (PGA) is a highly confidential, topical report on the types of threats a company may experience from radical environmentalists, animal rights activists, consumer groups and other forms of pressure groups or NGOs.

Some such groups deliberately aim to destroy public trust in a company, e.g., by contaminating finished products or raw materials, falsifying research results, spreading malicious rumors, or carrying out direct actions amid media attention.
