SHIELD-USA opens its new U.S. Head Office and SHIELD Company in Fort Worth, Dallas in January 2007.

Pete Phelan has been appointed President/CEO for the new SHIELD company; SHIELD World Services.

SHIELD World Services will expand SHIELD's security services on the market to include; logistic, transportation, aviation, extended communication-Information Security and training facilities in the Southern part of the U.S.
