New company structure for SHIELD USA

As part of a new company structure for SHIELD in the USA, especially on the technical side, SHIELD has changed the company name from SHIELD World Services LLC to SHIELD CrossLock LLC.
The new company structure is a part of CrossLock Technologies LLC.
Pete Phelan has been appointed CEO/President of the new company constellation.
The Head Office is still located in Fort Worth-Dallas, Texas.
